Please come for the initial visit 20 minutes prior to the booked time to fill in paperwork. PLEASE BRING shorts and a t-shirt/sports bra so that the practictioner can asses you properly. Bring footwear as well for your sport/activity. If this is a new concern, please book in 40 minutes to appropriately diagnose the issue.
